Please read carefully and complete the Rental Agreement. By signing, you agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations as listed below. By The Sea, as agent for the Owner, agrees to lease the premises at the rental rate and time period stated in our confirmation to the undersigned. 1. Check in at Sea Palms Inn AFTER 3:00 pm and CHECK OUT by 10:00 am 2. To abide by the NO PETS rule and understand that non-compliance is a cause for forfeiture of monies paid and/or occupancy of property. 3. To abide by the occupancy limits of the property and to face eviction, without refund, for non-compliance. 4. There is a $50 processing fee for ALL cancellations. No refund will be issued unless property is re-rented for the same time period. 5. To indemnify Owner for any damages which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. 6. To hold harmless, Owner or Agent for any damages to your personal property or for any accident that may occur to you or those in your party during occupancy, in or on the property or any articles left on or in the property. 7.
