This oceanfront duplex townhome features a reverse floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and accommodations for 12 guests (10 in bedrooms + 2 on a queen sleeper sofa). Stairs - Please be mindful there are many stairs here - a flight to the front entry, a stairwell inside the home, and many deck stairs on the ocean side. There is also a dune to cross when accessing or leaving the beach, which is consistent with many oceanfront properties on the island.
Pet Policy – We allow 2 dogs under 35 lbs., each, and over 12 months old, crate-trained, and housebroken with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Guest will provide breed at time of booking. No cats or other animals allowed. No dogs on beds or furniture. Guests must provide their own dog supplies and agree to pet rules in the Rental Agreement.
Security Deposit – A $395 hold will be placed on your credit card 3 days before arrival.

Travel Insurance – Highly recommended! Protect your trip against weather, personal emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions. Hurricane season runs June 1 – Nov 30. Trip insurance is offered at booking. No refunds outside posted policies.
